  • 1 General Provisions
  1. These Terms of Use define the rules for using the mobile application and the website mywlapp.com, operated by:

  2. Using the application constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use.
  3. The user agrees to use the application in accordance with its intended purpose, applicable laws, and these Terms.
  • 2 Definitions
  • Service Provider – Akademia Dwuboju Sp. z o.o.
  • Service / Application – the system available at mywlapp.com and the MYWL mobile app.
  • User – a natural person who uses the app or website.
  • Account – an individual user panel created upon registration.
  • Newsletter – informational and marketing emails sent to users.
  • 3 Registration and User Account
  1. Using the application requires creating an account by providing an email address and accepting the Terms of Use.
  2. The user agrees to provide accurate information and not to share their account with third parties.
  3. The account may be deleted by the user at any time through the app settings or by contacting the Service Provider.
  • 4 Application Features
  1. The application allows users to keep a training log, track progress, and manage their own training plans.
  2. Entering health-related data (e.g., fatigue level, body weight) is entirely voluntary.
  3. The application does not constitute a diagnostic or medical tool.
  • 5 Payments
  1. Currently, the application and all of its features are free to use. However, in the future, some features will be available only to users who purchase a subscription.
  2. The Service Provider reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future. Users will be informed of any changes in advance.
  3. The introduction of paid features may affect the availability of currently free features. Some functionalities may no longer be available in the free version.
  • 6 Newsletter and Communication
  1. Each new user is automatically subscribed to the newsletter, with the option to unsubscribe at any time via account settings or the unsubscribe link in the email.
  2. The newsletter includes information about updates, new features, and educational and promotional content.
  • 7 Intellectual Property
  1. All text, graphic, multimedia content, and the layout of the application and website are the property of the Service Provider or are used under appropriate licenses.
  2. Copying, duplicating, or distributing content from the application without the Service Provider’s permission is prohibited.
  • 8 Liability
  1. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the application functions properly but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  2. The Service Provider is not responsible for consequences resulting from incorrect use of the app or inaccurate data entry.
  3. The user uses the application at their own risk.
  • 9 Personal Data
  1. The rules for processing personal data are defined in the Privacy Policy, available at: mywlapp.com/privacy-policy.
  2. The user has the right to access, rectify, transfer, and request the deletion of their data.

  1. The user may submit feedback, questions, or complaints to: kontakt@akademiadwuboju.pl
  2. The Service Provider will make every effort to respond within 14 business days.
  • 11 Final Provisions
  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use. Users will be informed of any changes in advance.
  2. In matters not covered by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  3. The Terms of Use enter into force on the date of their publication on the website.
